We guarantee, that, if

• We do not pay funds owed to the seller
• For the vendor terms interest payment
• Within 30 days of receiving written notification
• We will allow the seller to purchase the property back from us
• For the same price we purchased it from the seller  , (excluding all purchasing or selling costs such as stamp duties, legal fees, agent fees, etc).
